Aquatraining

At EFMCenter we have a very spacious Aquatrainer. Our aquatrainer is longer than most aquatrainers and therfore horses are moving nice and freely.  

We like to stretch our horses while they're moving in the water. Using aquatraining helps horses to find more balance and increasing coordination. The resistance of the water makes them more straight and increases muscle mass in the upperline.The controlled movement makes it possible to get exercising horses with injuries and bring them back in a controlled training. Another positive effect is the cooling if the legs in the water

All settings of speed and the height of the water are made individually for every horse. 

The Aquatrainer is used for horses at the EFMCenter and is also available for horses on appointment.
